Road Trouble Service (RTS) is a low-cost, high-value coverage you can offer to customers before they need it. RTS helps with common issues like towing, flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and fuel delivery with unlimited eligible usage.

While response times can vary between metro and rural areas due to traffic, distance, weather and provider availability, customers have flexibility when using our coverage. Options include:

• Requesting RTS through the A-O mobile app or by calling our service number.
• Contacting their preferred tow company and receiving reimbursement of up to $200 for vehicles, $250 for motor homes or $75 for trailers
